1. No guarantee or warranty applies to all types of displays.Repair Cell BD will not be responsible if any problem like Green Line, Green Tint, Screen bleeding or Screen Black out, Mistouch, fingerprint issue is found in the changed display. These problems are happening Worldwide and Repair Cell BD is not obliged to solve these problems.

2. After fitting the display, you will be allowed to check the display and if you find any defect in the display during your stay at our service center, the Repair Cell BD will bear the responsibility.

3. If the glue loosens from the display frame due to hot weather within 45 days from the date of service, “Repair Cell BD” will reattach it with new glue free of charge. After 45 days service charge of Tk 300/- is applicable.

4. We provide 30 days warranty on motherboard after repair.
If the same problem occurs again within 30 days, we will fix it for free within 1-7 working days. And if for any reason we fail to fix it, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting service charge of TK. 500/- from the bill taken from you.

5. No guarantee or warranty shall be applicable after repair of liquid damage and hand damaged phone.

6. In terms of battery replacement, Repair Cell BD provides 3 to 6 months replacement guarantee depending on the price and brand. A warranty card must be provided to you along with the battery and the terms and conditions mentioned on the warranty card will be applicable.
If for some reason the battery is out of stock, it may take 2 to 5 working days to receive a replacement.

7. Repair Cell BD will not be responsible if any other problem is detected in the smartphone after leaving the service centre after the repair of your mobile.
Check the goods purchased from us before leaving the service centre. If there is any doubt about the quality and price of the product, then the complaint should be made to the “Repair Cell BD authority” while it is in the establishment, later any complaint about the quality and price of our product will not be accepted.

8. Sold goods are not returnable in any way.
“Repair Cell BD” will not be responsible if the phone serviced by us is repaired at any other service center and if the parts or service taken from us are damaged due to this.

9. “Repair Cell BD” reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions at any time.
